What we record.
The Circuit does not ask for your name, email or phone number.
When you look up an address, ZIP, city or wire center, we use it only to answer that lookup and we do not store it. We record only the type of result (for example "matched" or "not found"), the state, and the first 3 digits of the ZIP code, so we know which areas need help. That cannot identify you or your building.
If you ask for a quote or a report, we store what you send (your name, work email, optional phone, the building address, and the equipment you tell us about) so we can reply and prepare it. With your consent, we share the building details with a certified replacement provider so they can quote. We don't sell your details, and we won't add you to a mailing list. Ask us to delete them any time by replying to our email.
Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, like any website.
